About My Sessions
My curated sessions include a range of activities I have used effectively with parents for many years in my role as international school counsellor. I know from experience that parents find these activities engaging, meaningful and supportive of a process of change.

I include in my programmes key strategies of The Virtues Project™, which parents can immediately put into practice to support child development and a positive family culture.

My Parenting Programmes
I offer a range of services for parents yearning to bring about change in family life, from single Consultations, to a four-week Foundation programme, to Recalibrate and Consolidate, programmes that guide you through an eight-week process to hone parenting skills and grow confidence. On-going support is available on a subscription basis for parents who have completed any of the programmes.
My Philosophy
Transitions and unexpected twists and turns are woven into the fabric of family life. We can be deflated by these challenges or we can seize them to support our children to be life-long learners.

About Me
My work with international families is deeply rooted in my own background as a Global Nomad and mother of five Third Culture Kids. On a personal level, I am well acquainted with issues relating to family relocation, separation and divorce, grief and loss, adoption, blended and stepfamilies, learning differences and the everyday challenges that go with parenting unique human beings in an unpredictable and ever-changing world.
